Dear sir
In the ancient, rice farmer for dehumidify rice use wood or slough smoke.and this rice after whiten and cooking had very pleassure taste and aroma.and can’t be agression by weevil.
Dear sir ,can i bamboo vinegar about this procedure? if yes,how?

Hi Eric,

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find anywhere online to purchase bamboo vinegar. I have been able to find it locally at some Asian markets and at a bamboo nursery as well. It’s a good fertilizer to have on hand so I was lucky that they carried it.

This is really interesting stuff, I had never heard of bamboo charcoal or vinegar before. My only question is, where can I buy pure bamboo vinegar? When I search for it all I find are products that use it as an ingredient.
