One thing though: all the benefits you list come with *actual* tea made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant (so yes to white/green/black/pu-erh/oolong/yellow tea, but not herbal infusions). So if this bamboo tea&#039;s just made of bamboo leaves, it may have all kinds of crazy benefits... and they likely have nothing to do with the ones we&#039;ve heard about!

That said, three cheers to bamboo. It&#039;s the only plant you can eat, wear, and build a house out of.</description>
